If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, we provide special credit vouchers for the same amount of money. You can use these vouchers to make future purchases from our shop.
Option 2: Choose a Different Product
Alternatively, you have the option to choose a different product from our shop, either at the same price or at a higher or lower price. This allows you to explore other options and find something that better suits your needs.
Please keep in mind that most of our products are rare and custom-made, making it impractical to accept returns for a refund. However, if the product is damaged or falls within the two-year warranty period, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or repair.
We have implemented this policy to discourage the misuse of our products, such as ordering them solely for sampling purposes or stealing sounds from instruments. We believe in making responsible choices and protecting the environment.
